Am I killing my wine?

I’ve got an old, damp basement. After a trip to burgundy last year, thought it would be the perfect place to start storing my wine collection.
Through the winter - I’m posting my temp and humidity tracker for Dec 1 - Jan 31 - I think it performed very well.
Now that we’re getting hotter, I’ve seen the temp get up to 64.5. And the humidity is running above 80 quite often. Also posting pics of last 30 days.
I’ve heard the biggest worry with temp is high heat and sudden shifts. These temp swing go very slowly across the 24 hour day cycle so I think I’m ok there. But am I pushing a boundary with temps hitting 65?!
